Anago James Akeem Osho, Ambassador for DNA Tested Yorubas of Nigeria

Anago James Akeem Osho has been appointed as Ambassador for DNA Tested Yorubas of Nigeria and their matches in diaspora since August 1st, 2019 by Imperial African History and Genetic Genealogical Society, U.S.A also known as DNA Tested Africans Descendants.

The organization was founded by Nee C. Naja Levoe, an American who took an African name known as Naja Chinyere Njoku Eri. According to her, Anago have helped them to learn about their origins as well as taken them to several historical locations in Africa. This has given them back at least 450 years of lost history.

Anago Osho has worked to help thousands of Africans/Blacks in diaspora to learn about Africa and encouraged them to visit. He has toured them on historical and heritage conservation trips through his organization known as Anago Osho Adventures and Heritage Preservation.

Anago's duties as the Ambassador for Dna tested Yorubas in Nigeria includes, encourage Africans to take autosomal DNA test, act as a liaison between DNA tested Yorubas in Nigeria and their matches in the African diaspora and Coordinate communication between DNA diaspora testers and their African matches etc.

The organization is a community of volunteers focused on the ACRO concept. ACRO means African Culture and Reconciliation Organization.  They are DNA Tested African Descendants, a component of the  Imperial African History and Genetic Genealogical Society (IAHGGS ) . 

The organisation facilitate reconciliation between the Autosomal DNA Tested African Diaspora with Autosomal DNA Tested Africans born on the continent of Africa.   

It also reconcile first and second generation Autosomal DNA Tested Africans with the Autosomal DNA Tested African Diaspora. Below is the congratulatory message sent to Anago Osho on his appointment.

It is the capital of Benin republic and is situated on the West African Coast. The word Porto Novo is a Portuguese word which means New port. The Portuguese were the first European to settle down there. Porto Novo is also known as Ajase (Ajace) by the Yorubas, and known as Hogbonu by the Ogu. Porto Novo was established in the 16th Century. It was a Slave port controlled by the Alaafin of Oyo. The Oyo Empire was a great empire which also controlled the Slave port of Badagry. It partly controlled the Slave port of Whydah (Ouidah) for a period before Whydah was completely taken over by the Dahomey Kings.
